Return Policy
We want your experience to be a pleasurable one and to ensure this we outline our return policy as follows:
Due to health requirements, all sales are FINAL. We do NOT offer refunds. Please, be certain of your selections. Novelties (Sex Toys) are NON-RETURNABLE unless they have a manufacturer defect! Novelties (Sex Toys) may NOT be returned once they have been used! We will gladly replace any defective product WITH THE SAME PRODUCT. Simply place the defective item in its' shipping container (or any suitable cardboard box) with an explanation of the defect and mail it to:

Cancelled Orders
Orders received before 10:00 AM WST are processed and shipped the same day. All orders canceled after being shipped are subject to full delivery charges and a 20% restocking fee.
